Once upon a time, in a galaxy far … just kidding. My name is Matt Leinwohl, and I’ve been a copywriter for the past fifteen years at Korey, Kay & Partners. During that time, I worked on the MTA, Oyster.com, Wynn Las Vegas, CURE Auto Insurance, the Jeffrey Modell Foundation, Caroline’s Comedy Nation, and many other clients.

            While on the MTA account, the token was phased out, and MetroCard, E-Z Pass, Smart Card, and the mobile MTA Trip Planner were introduced. Each one changed how New Yorkers travel. Kind of cool to have all that happen on our watch.
            At Emerson College in Boston, I studied creative writing. While there, I was also music editor at Inside Edge magazine, where I interviewed various musicians, most notably, Jeff Buckley.
            I still write about music, for online magazines, blogs or just for the hell of it. Aside from my almost unhealthy obsession for music, I also love film, literature, photography, art and baseball. Let’s go Mets!
